She came in 10-15mins I think. That is a plus compared to others, sometimes I forget to book and I want the service last minute. Otherwise the lady was very nice, she was quite gentle and meticulous. Something that is at par with urban clap luxe service, I have only used them that's why the comparison.
She arrived within 10 minutes, greeted me nicely, and asked where she could keep her things and where I wanted the service to be done. She introduced herself and reconfirmed all the services I had booked. We decided to start with waxing and then move to the pedicure. She set everything up very neatly in the space I gave her.
I was on a call for a bit while she was preparing, and she was very mindfulâshe didnât make noise or interrupt unnecessarily, which I really appreciated. The waxing took around 20â30 minutes and was done very well. It was done very nicely and not painful.
For the pedicure, she followed all the steps properly and was very pleasant throughout. I also asked her last minute if she could do an additional service that wasnât on the list, and she agreed. She later did face waxing too. The pedicure took a little over an hour, and the face waxing took about half an hour. Overall, she was at my place for about 3 hours (around 1:20 PM to 4:20 PM). The service quality was very good, and she was professional and polite.
Service was really good! Materials used seemed to be high quality, professional was very polite and did a good job, took about the time youâd indicated. Felt like a more luxe experience than Urbanclap
